  ITEMS ARE SHIPPED FROM A REMOTE LOCATED SO PLEASE ALLOW ANYWHERE FROM 6 - 10 WEEKS DELIVERY IN CANADA AND THE USA. OVERSEAS SHIPMENTS MAY TAKE LONGER.

  All items are shipped insured with no exceptions. Shipping costs *may be adjusted after purchase if the total comes to over $100.00. The extra postage required will ensure proper insurance. You will be contacted about the extra postage costs prior to shipping.

  I SHIP TO THE PAYPAL ADDRESS SO PLEASE MAKE SURE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IN PAYPAL IS CORRECT.

  Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our policy is to ship orders within 48 business hours of receipt of payment. If you are placing a custom order request, you will be provided an approximated shipping date until the order is ready.

  *All product purchases will be sent through Canada Post with a tracking number forwarded to you after shipping.

  *Shipping to other countries other than Canada will be subject to incoming Customs and Taxes. These extra costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. No refunds will be given on refused packages. Please note that tracking numbers are not available however a Customs Declaration number can be provided to prove when and where the item was shipped. Customs processing time at country of destination can be unpredictable, so please expect up to 6 weeks for your order to arrive at the final destination. ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We ship worldwide, however, we reserve the right not to ship to countries where there is a high rate of postal theft or non-delivery.
